Star - Chris Evans / Mystery / Audience Score - 286143 Votes / Director - Rian Johnson / Nothing could blemish the otherwise lavish birthday party at the palatial estate of the acclaimed crime/mystery novelist, Harlan Thrombey, except for his strange and unaccountable death. Now, the sharp knife in the silver-haired deceased"s hand is a dead giveaway that something, or someone, had been bothering Harlan; nevertheless, the cryptic detective, Benoit Blanc, is not entirely sure. Indeed, there is more than one member of the successful author"s clingy family who has been economical with the truth so far--and as Blanc struggles to shed light on a tangled mess of half-baked leads and little white lies--all eyes are on the grand prize: Harlan"s magnificent legacy. Can Benoit get to the bottom of this perplexing case before someone else dies, too? / release Date - 2019

Pretty sure this was done. what was that name of that movie. hmmmm. OH Pearl Harbour.
Knives Out was truly one of my favorite films I"ve seen this year. Knives Out excelled on everything it was supposed to be. A classic case of whodunnit with a modern day twist. All of which is excelled greatly, and there"s some political and social commentary which is accurate for nowadays, however I can"t say I care for politics all that much, but my family tends to have some discussions here and there and funnily enough about the same kind of thing they were. I can tell you, that"s accurate for much of society nowadays. That aside, the first this you tend to notice is the ensemble cast of Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, Ana De Aramas, Toni Collette, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Michael Shannon to name a few. As many others reviewers/users will tell you on here, I can"t tell too many details without giving away a lot of importance, and a lot of it revolves around a lot of importance. I can tell you there was absolutely no plot holes. There"s a brilliant script, mainly for Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, and Ana De Aramas. I genuinely believe that there"s more to Daniel and Chris than just James Bond and Captain America, and I figured out just how funny they can be. The comedy is generally funny. However I will admit, it"s probably not in everyone"s taste. The cast was absolutely amazing with everyone playing such a complex, certain written character with different accurate social personalities to each character. That"s for you to figure out, however. There"s a lot of nice twists and turns, pretty complex, but easy to follow. It is also, generally thrilling, but not in the whole grand scheme of things. I can say that the intro music greatly fit the tone and plot really good. The film pays high homage to an Agatha Christie novel or Sir Arthur Conan Doyle"s novels before it, and if you"re a fan of that fiction reading, this movie is definitely for you. I was feeling somewhat underwhelmed by the end of the second act or so, and I disappointingly had to accept a certain fact (spoiler) for what it was, almost that there was no story left anymore, but the ending turned around the story into likability again, and it payed off so well, and I just had to smile. All in all, a pitch perfect hilarious whodunnit that excelled on all standards it should be held to. A genuine crowd pleaser, it is. And for the genre, it"s an absolute degree of masterclass. Will definitely be buying on dvd the day it comes out.
VOB can contain digital video, digital audio, subtitles, DVD menus and navigation contents multiplexed together into a stream form. You won"t regret your 2 hrs watching??, am glad it got a high rate review cos it deserve it. The story was well written from beginning to the end. Did you get copyright strike for uploading the trailers. This movie felt very much like a Columbo movie, which isn"t a bad thing. The Columbo movies are great. That being said tho, I believe I would rather watch a Columbo movie than this one. This movie does have some stellar acting and pretty on par comedy though. Art is not always meant to be understood. and that"s what Radiohead is.
Dark crystal my fav film from 80s lol.
Just finished the movie, and I can honestly say that it was amazing! So many plot twists and amazing acting. I was surprised that the movie theater wasnt full, 10/10 would recommend.
Harlan started out with a rusty Smith Corona. at 0:58. 100 sins for reminding us of the very thing we are watching this video to distract ourselves from.
These dudes are just insanely talented This is perfect for my melancholy coffee breaks while thinking about my regrets This is perfect for my melancholy coffee breaks while thinking about my regrets.
Honestly the movie wasn"t that hard to predict but still, it"s a great movie, it"s super fun, it has comedy, it has tense moments, great performances especially from Daniel Craig and Ana de Armas that I think that deserves a nomination to Best supporting actress, in short there is a mix of factors that make this movie one of the best of 2019, I don"t know if it will get a Best Picture nomination, but in my opinion it deserves it. Just got out of this and Toni Colette is so versatile an actor. I literally couldnt believe that was the same person from Hereditary. Chris Evans: That"s not a donut hole. it"s a banana split. Suggestion: The Platform. 1:25 that wasnt in the movie. This mean poor films. Looks good. The guy is enigmatic and a great actor.
My god I can"t wait for August 30th dark crystal is probably one of my childhood favorites. And not to mention for how it was way ahead of its time when it was filmed and it looks amazing. Captain America and James Bond, thats great.
